Floral Park Motor Lodge

The motel is located on one of the main streets of Long Island; it may seem a bit far from the city center but you can take a train or a bus to get there in 40 minutes to one hour. The staff was nice; we smiled at each other and said hello every morning. The bed was extremely wide and comfortable; I slept like a log in spite of the jet lag. The room was air-conditioned. Not that there's a lot of noise coming in from the street, but it's always nice to be able to adjust the temperature and humidity in the room. There's a large desk, a fridge, a wardrobe, a small table and a couple of armchairs in the room. I had a bathtub in my room. Maybe it was not the largest or deepest one but definitely something I enjoyed. If your luggage is heavy, a large elevator will be of great help.

The property was in a good location an I from this state some I’m aware of areas more then visitors from other places. What really stood out to me was a gentleman that was working the morning I arrived 10/20/23 he was very helpful an even gave me a larger room then I was paying for, I really appreciated that courtesy an it made my safe more pleasant. Thx you bruh for that cause I didn’t get his name room 248 was my room. For that alone I would stay here again

I loved the proximity to both the Floral Park train station ( Long Island Rail Road) and also the n24 bus. I didn't have a car, and I found these two modes of transportation exceptionally easy to reach. The bus stop was just outside the door! The hotel room was comfortable and the window had a security fixture that allowed it to be open a few inches; that made a nice difference.

Good access to room. Heating and other equipment, such as microwave, in room worked well. Reasonable access to public transport options. Supermarket quite close. Some food options nearby.

We booked for the location (an 8-minute drive to the UBS Arena). Other than that no reason to stay here but the price. It is cheap, you get your two beds and there's a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby! What else to ask for this price?
